Speech & Language Services

 

 

Speech and Language Therapy is one of the many Special Education programs offered by the Hartland-Lakeside School District. Children beginning at age three may benefit from individualized intervention when there is a delay in articulation, phonology (speech sound and sound system development), understanding and use of language, stuttering, and vocal quality.

 

We have four Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) on staff along with one Speech Therapy Assistant. In addition to Speech Therapy, we offer several programs to support parents and to help children increase communication effectiveness.
