Ginny Henningsen was first elected to the Hartland-Lakeside school board in April 2002. She currently serves as a board representative for the Technology and Staff Negotiations committees, and as the board's President.

Ginny believes that technology is a strategic tool that can help to prepare our children for Arrowhead High School and beyond. The Hartland/Lakeside district recently developed a new technology plan, which sets goals for expanding the use of technology in assessment and instruction.

Ginny has a strong technology background, with over 25 years experience in the computer/networking industry. Since 1998, she has run her own business as a computer consultant and a writer that specializes in sales collateral and documentation for technology companies. She holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Villanova University, and a BA in Writing and English from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Ginny and her husband have lived in the district since 1991. They have two children who attend school within the Hartland-Lakeside district.

Laura is a business leader and employer who understands the skills our children need to succeed in the 21st Century.  As the managing director of a consulting practice, Laura brings to the board a diverse set of skills ranging from strategic planning to tactical execution of a plan.  Laura believes communication regarding the benefits and risks of a plan are essential and she values open and clear communication with teachers, students, parents, and community-at-large.



Laura received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Actuarial Science/Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

 Laura and her husband have lived in the district since 2003. They have two children who attend school within the Hartland-Lakeside district.

Dave Elario was elected to the Hartland-Lakeside school board in April 2007. He current serves as a board representative Staff Negotiations and Finance committees, and as the board's Vice-President.

Dave and his wife live in the district. They have two children who attend school within the Hartland-Lakeside district.

Kristi Korpela has lived in Hartland since 1990.  Her four children have attended schools here and she currently has three granddaughters in the Hartland-Lakeside district.

She currently serves as the board representative for the Policy committee as well as the CESA #1 and Wisconsin School Board Association Delegate.

Kristi's desire is for our district to continue to maintain high academic standards and ensuring the best individual education for each student. She continues to work to strengthen relationships between the staff and school board.

Scott Conway was elected to the Hartland-Lakeside school board in April 2009. Scott represents the board on the Finance and Technology committee.
