Hartland/Lakeside Jt. No. 3 School District April 6, 2010 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at an election to be held in the School District of Hartland/Lakeside Joint No. 3 on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, the following position is to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. The term of office for the school board member is three (3) years beginning on Monday, April 26, 2010. Incumbents David Elario NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a Campaign Registration Statement and a Declaration of Candidacy must be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, in the office of the school district clerk. Papers may be obtained at the School District Office located at 800 North Shore Drive, Hartland, Wisconsin, 53029 NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010. A description of the school boundaries can be obtained from the school district office.
